The listings that matter, in one place
Cooperative apartments are in high demand and often listed for only a short time. Genolino brings together relevant listings from Zurich and other Swiss regions, so you spend less time checking websites and can react faster.
In Zurich, Winterthur and many other Swiss municipalities, numerous homes belong to non-profit housing cooperatives. They often offer fair rents, long-term housing security, and strong neighbourhood communities.
The search is still challenging: listings appear irregularly across different websites and are often gone quickly. Genolino brings the relevant sources together and alerts you to new matches.
