About Genolino – Housing Search in Zurich & Switzerland

As residents of Zurich, we know from personal experience how challenging it can be to find affordable housing in the city and surrounding areas. Housing cooperatives are one solution. But they’re in high demand, usually only listed for a short time, and spread across different websites – making it nearly impossible to keep an overview. Out of this need, the idea was born to create a platform that makes the search much easier.

That’s why we launched Genolino in early 2024. Just shortly after the launch, the first users already found their new homes through Genolino. And we’re not stopping there: with the 2025 relaunch, we’re introducing new features, a fresh design, and even more clarity – so that you can find cooperative housing more easily than ever.
